Do I need to provide an Email ID to create an account?
Yes. We need your Email id to send product purchase updates.
Why COD option is not available?
Due to Covid restrictions and for the safety purposes we are not accepting COD orders to make contactless delivery..
When will I receive my order from the date of placing the order?
You can except the delivery within 2 to 7 working days.
What are the return policies for Pyjamatheory?
If a product needs to be returned the product can be exchanged with another product of your choice from our website.
If you are not ready to take another product for the exchange, refund will be provided through a coupon code which will be initiated once we receive the product to be exchanged ,the coupon can be used for the next purchase.
Refund will be done in the form of cash only when the stock is not available.
